Every stage of production, from design to final testing, is carried out in-house with meticulous attention to detail, using components from the finest manufacturers including Yanmar engines and Bosch-Rexroth transmissions.

The HyperMec Philosophy
HyperMec was born from an idea developed during years of study at the Polytechnic of Turin and KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. This vision was first realised in a project with high engineering content, thanks to the contribution of strategic partners, and subsequently developed into a range of solid, well-built vehicles that showcase the passion for mechanics and technical competence that defines HyperMec.
The company operates from its headquarters in Cossato, in the Biella province of northern Italy. Here, every HyperMec dumper is designed and manufactured with a philosophy focused on custom-made mechanical machining, where every stage of processing is carried out internally by qualified professionals using technologically advanced machinery.
Quality is evident in every detail. All components, including frames, are machined using precision machine tools. Each weld bead is sized to ensure mechanical integrity and then machined to obtain homogeneous surfaces. The painting process serves both protective and aesthetic purposes, enabling customers to create a prestigious image for their machinery and company.
