The VF VenieriLegacy
In 1948, brothers Carlo and Ferdinando Venieri built their first crawler tractor in Belricetto di Lugo, Italy. What began as a small workshop adapting military vehicles for agricultural use has grown into one of the world’s most respected earthmoving equipment manufacturers.
Throughout the 1950s and 1960s, Venieri established its reputation across Italy, participating in countless agricultural fairs and progressively moving into the earthmoving sector. In 1974, Venieri became a joint-stock company, adopting its present name VF Venieri S.p.A. The company pioneered innovations such as power-shift gears, pedal steering, and in 1999, introduced the world’s first electric backhoe loader.
Today, all Venieri machines are designed and manufactured at their 70,000 square metre facility in Lugo, in the heart of Italy’s renowned Motor Valley. Since 2010, the entire production has been powered by 100 per cent renewable energy sources, demonstrating their commitment to sustainable manufacturing.
